Man United Ready to Fork Out £20m to Sign Young England International

Italian source CalcioMercato claim that Man United are ready to spend as much as €25m (£20m) to sign England international Wilfried Zaha.
Hot Pursuit - WILFRIED ZAHA
The Crystal Palace man has been in fine form over the past 18 months and earned a surprise call-up to the senior national team set-up as a result. New Eagles boss Ian Holloway faces a fight to keep the young attacker and the South London side will want a big sum if they are to sell their prized asset and £20m may well be enough to secure the 20 year old.
Man United have adopted a youthful transfer policy over the past few years and Sir Alex Ferguson must clearly feel Zaha has what it takes to make it in the top tier.
Zaha has already racked up over 100 appearances for Crystal Palace and may well achieve a move to the Premier League with his Championship table topping side but a move to Man United will certainly tempt the Ivory Coast born attacker.
In recent seasons Ferguson has opted to bring in young talents from across Europe, and beyond, in preference to spending huge sums on established stars, Robin Van Persie’s move from Arsenal being an exception.
Javier Hernandez, Phil Jones, Chris Smalling and David de Gea made swift impacts in the first team and Ferguson will hope for similar successes in the form of Nick Powell and Angelo Henriquez, who both signed for Man United in the summer.
