Star Player David Beckham has praised Liverpool star striker Luis Suarez for his recent goal against Newcastle United last Sunday.Suarez is enemy No.1 for Manchester United fans following his suspension for racially abusing Patrice Evra, and the poor sportsmanship that followed it the next time the two clubs met.There is no doubting, however, that Suarez is one of the most talented forwards in the Premier League - as the Liverpool star demonstrated with a fine goal against Newcastle at Anfield on Sunday.
It was a strike that impressed Beckham, now of LA Galaxy, who was willing to put his feelings asManchester United supporter to one side to hail the class of Suarez.
"The goal against Newcastle was exceptional," Beckham said, as reported by talkSPORT.
"The way he brought the ball down, everything about it was amazing. I’m a Manchester United fan and I don’t like to say that about Liverpool players!
"His first touch was incredible, his second was even better. He’s a great player and he’s capable of doing those things week in, week out."
